A group of student-consultants will provide you with an assessment of opportunities and threats in your environment. This includes analyses of disruptive technologies, socio-cultural trends, economic trends, as well as clients, potential customers, competition, and suppliers. They will continue to do an internal analysis of the different divisions and, where possible,compare that to comparable companies or direct competitors.
