Maybe it is the pace of work or the fact that employees are now working form home. Carleton University, Sprott School of Business, Professional MBA students will work in groups to analyze your organization's knowledge management challenge(s ) and provide recommendations . Students will work with you to apply the full range of their collective ideas and expertise through online means.
The company will present their organizational challenge(s) to the class. The company will also contribute by providing grading feedback.
This course is an intensive one week offering with two all-day classroom sessions and time devoted to group work on the client project. Project introductions will take place on Friday November 27th and the final recommendations will be presented to the client through video recordings and group papers.
